Cryolipolysis LipoFreeze (Fat Freeze)
What is UltraSlim LipoFreeze™?
The term cryolipolysis can be divided into “cryo” which is cold or freezing, “lipo” which means fat and “lysis” which means to break apart. Therefore when combined, cryolipolysis means the destruction of fat cells by freezing or cooling. The fat cells that are exposed to the cold will disintegrate in a process of natural cell death also known as apoptosis. The lipids that are released in this process are progressively eliminated by natural metabolic activities over the 3 months following the procedure. Regular exercise during this period helps to optimise their elimination. Cryolipolysis affects only fat cells, since they are more sensitive to cold than other cells. Hence fat is removed while sparing neighbouring skin, muscles and nerves. This non-invasive technique offers an alternative to liposuction for those who wish to avoid the risks and recuperation time inherent to surgical procedures. Best results are obtained on patients that have a healthy weight and diet, but wish to get rid of resistant fat bulges.

What is the procedure?
The UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ oval handpiece is placed on the treated area. It contains a suction mechanism that will draw and hold the fatty bulge between two cooling panels. These will extract the heat out of the tissues. During the procedure, the UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ device maintains the treatment temperature between -10°C to 5°C. A cryolipolysis session lasts 1 hour per zone.
Our exclusive UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ device uses 4 handpieces, unlike most other providers which only use 1 handpiece, therefore we are able to treat larger or 4 different areas simultaneously which means you receive more value for money in addition to reducing the need to return for more treatments. For example, unlike traditional machines we can treat both sides of your tummy during a single session or both 'love handles', therefore you would only be charged a single fee for these areas rather than needing to return to have your left side completed then right side, which most providers will charge an additional treatment fee for each treatment or area for around £300-£800 per treatment/area.
When will I see results?
Unlike the UltraSlim Lipo™ Cavitation device which provides 'Instant Results', clients do need to be a little more patient with UltraSlim LipoFreeze™. Results become visible up to 3 months after the session, with a reduction in the thickness of the fat bulge of approximately up to 40% however some clients report results from as early as 4 weeks. Patients can lose more centimetres of fat with additional treatments. Cryolipolysis does allows a permanent localised elimination of fat cells. The UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ device ensures homogeneous and natural results. Clients can combine UltraSlim Lipo™ Cavitation and UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ to achieve the maximum results available.
Is UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ Safe?
The UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ procedure is performed under the supervision of a qualified Technician. The technology enables precise, controlled delivery of the cooling that affects only fat cells on your body, ensuring that no surrounding tissue or cells are affected or damaged. Additionally, because UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ is non-invasive, there is no risk of infection, complications from anaesthesia, or other side effects associated with surgery.
Are there any side effects following UltraSlim LipoFreeze™?
Immediately after Cryolipolysis, redness and mild bruising may appear over the treated area. About 3 to 5 days later, temporary oedema, soreness, tingling and numbness of the skin may be experienced on the treated fat layers, and last a few weeks. These side effects do not occur in every case, and vary from one patient to another.
How long do the UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ effects last?
The effects of the treatment are permanent. Fat cells do not reproduce or expand in size. Once UltraSlim LipoFreeze™ eliminates fat cells from your body, they will not reappear if healthy exercise and lifestyle are maintained.
